Recent Projects

AV system infrastructure and equipment were specified for the large “Grand Hall” conference space, six  conference rooms, AV control room, and lobby spaces. The tech labs include a Biovisualization Lab with video collaboration space, touch-interactive Direct View LED display, and VR headset technology. Acoustical scope included recommendations for finishes, door isolation, and operable partition specifications.  

Developed AV concepts, infrastructure, system designs, and specifications for:

· Two large EPA Regional Offices in Dallas (TX) and Philadelphia (PA) 

· Laboratory sites in Hayward (CA), Las Vegas (NV), Corvallis (OR), and Athens (GA) 

· Smaller offices in Annapolis (MD) and Linwood (PA) 

This project consisted of a new construction underground visitor and conference center with skylights framing a view of the Capitol dome above. 

AV and data Program of Requirements development services were provided for the FCC headquarters relocation.  

Initial planning included a presentation on AV trends and current technology, surveys of the existing site, client interviews, input on space planning and program of requirements for AV and data scope.

Owner's representative services included coordination of client requirements with the lessor's design team as well as review of design and construction documents. 

This new construction high school includes a “Great Hall” double height central assembly space, chapel, classrooms, labs, library, choir room, dance studio and other typical school spaces. 

AV and acoustical designs were provided for this multiple venue destination brewery campus.  

Audio systems were designed for the outdoor stage, tasting room, brewery, and restaurant.  

Video systems include outdoor televisions and digital signage menu boards for the tasting room and outdoor pit BBQ.  Design of the stage lighting system, associated lighting truss and entertainment power distribution system was included as well.
